Thanks a ton for all you do for us through the University.  I have to tell you that the tools you give us to succeed are unmatched by any I have seen from any other training organization in my 10+ years of selling everything from radio advertising, to new homes, and now fuel management.

Being a new industry for me, I have to say that one of my favorite tools so far has been the interactive script that you have as a download on the University.  After downloading it, I started speaking the script into a voice recorder to see how it sounded coming from me.  After a couple times doing that I altered the wording just a little to make it sound more natural for me, then wrote that into the script, and saved it.

One of the best aspects of the scripting tool is the power of the voicemails. Out of about 10-12 voicemails I leave now I will get at least 3 to 5 callbacks.  That’s HUGE!!  The best one was a guy who I’d never spoken with before, that called me back and said his boss had heard my voicemail & told him to call me and set up a meeting.  After doing a presentation for them, they are about to sign on with a 5000 gal. a month volume!

Thanks for giving us the right tools to succeed, don’t know what I’d do without.
